Job Summary

  • Contribute to the implementation, monitoring, and analysis of customer listening systems, as well as conducting quantitative and qualitative studies.
  • Analyze study results, identify customer trends and irritants, and produce synthetic reports with operational recommendations.
  • Develop practical mastery of quantitative and qualitative study methodologies and solid skills in data analysis, insight structuring, and results storytelling.
