The analyst will work across Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Enterprise Analytics to build performance dashboards, evaluate campaign ROI, and define multi-channel strategies.
Candidates must possess strong statistical rigor and deep understanding of healthcare customer journeys including Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial pathways.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Advanced SQL with window functions and CTEs
Tableau expertise including LOD expressions
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Adobe AEP
Strong statistical foundation in regression and forecasting
5-10 years of marketing analytics experience
Nice-to-have
Background in behavioral science or marketing science
Familiarity with MLOps or automated model scoring
Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI data governance
Experience with call center analytics or CAHPS metrics
Ability to present insights to executive leadership
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
5-10 years of progressive experience in marketing analytics
