The Director will lead a global transformation agenda setting new standards for risk reduction, competency, and technology integration across Operations, R&D, and Commercial environments.

Base: $175,572-$213,538 USD Annual; Bonus/Equity: Short-term incentive bonus and equity-based long-term incentive program eligible; Benefits: 401(k), paid vacation, health coverage
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years senior SHE leadership experience
Deep expertise in Process Safety and major hazards
Proven global scope in high-hazard environments
Advanced understanding of PHA, LOPA, Bowtie
Ability to influence senior executives globally
Nice-to-have
Experience with AI/ML analytics and digital twins
Executive-level communication and storytelling skills
Familiarity with Human & Organizational Performance research
Experience integrating safety into capital project design
Advanced professional certifications like CSP or CCPS
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or equivalent
10+ years leading high-risk work programs globally
