The Assistant Controller is responsible for ensuring the execution of financial controls, the integrity of data, and the appropriateness of accounting and reporting of activities.
This role involves leading, coaching, and managing a team of three direct reports, including setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
The position will be performed through a combination of remote work and in-person at the Kirkland Head Office based on the nature of work to be done.
