Job Summary

  • Assist the Staffing Coordinators with the recruitment of casual staff for on-site events across the Festival Republic calendar for multiple festival teams.
  • Manage responses from candidates via e-mail, telephone and social media platforms, and maintain contact with crew members to share information and gather required documentation.
  • Work on-site at outdoor events as required, assisting with onsite staffing provision or supporting the Event Ticketing Lead.
