Must-have
10+ years senior product development experience
Cloud/SaaS and embedded firmware fluency
Multi-million dollar R&D budget management
Cybersecurity standards implementation and auditing
ISO and NEMA certification audit experience
Agile delivery model leadership
Global matrix organization management

Traffic or transportation engineering industry background
Familiarity with ITS protocols like NTCIP and V2X
