Saputo Dairy Australia is seeking a HACCP Coordinator to lead the implementation and maintenance of HACCP and GMP programs within their manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in food science or microbiology, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, and a strong understanding of food safety standards

Job Summary

  • This position will provide leadership, knowledge transfer and execution of best practices and documentation related to the GMP and HACCP Programs including leading the HACCP team and coordinating activities required to implement, update and maintain the GMP, HACCP and BRC Programs.
  • Develop, implement, refine, coordinate and audit the GMP and HACCP Programs and BRC Requirements for the manufacturing facility.
