The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee on-call staff during events, ensuring high service standards and efficient operations. The ideal candidate should have hospitality management experience and strong interpersonal skills, along with relevant certifications

Job Summary

  • Supervises the “on call” F&B attendants, Bartenders and Concession Workers and ensures that LEGENDS service standards meet client’s needs.
  • Assign schedules, supervise, and direct servers, bartenders, and concessionaires’ staff in performing stocking, inventory, and check preparation for concessions.
  • Monitor the client’s needs throughout the event to ensure customer satisfaction and communicate any changes to the proper departments including but not limited to the culinary department, security, and event services.
