Job Summary
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing daily production processes, ensuring efficient resource use, compliance with quality and safety standards, and timely service delivery to clients.
Lead a team of 8-10 people, plan and coordinate the packing process for avocado, mango, and blueberry according to client specifications, and manage volumes, scheduling, projections, and daily/weekly planning.
Propose and execute continuous improvements (Kaizen, daily, weekly) and take ownership of the operation when the Site Manager is absent.
