You will be responsible for preparing and administering medications as ordered by the physician and ensuring that narcotic records are accurate for your shift.
This role requires participating in employee performance evaluations, determining staffing requirements, and making recommendations to the Nurse Supervisor concerning employee dismissals, transfers, etc.
