Must-have
8+ years public safety or PSAP operations experience
Expertise in NG911, CAD, RMS, and ESInet systems
Proven track record as field-facing technical advisor
Deep understanding of PSAP workflows and procurement cycles
Experience presenting to boards, executives, and elected officials
Nice-to-have
Hands-on experience with VESTA, Viper, or Solacom call handling
Ability to thrive in high-growth ambiguous environments
Strong storytelling skills translating tech to operational ROI
Experience influencing product roadmap based on customer feedback
Key Requirements
8+ years progressive experience in public safety or PSAP operations
Senior-level leadership experience (Director level or equivalent) preferred
Demonstrated experience selling or implementing public safety software
Willingness to travel up to 75% within Mountain or Pacific regions
