Job Summary

  • Handle all inbound call, email, chat, and social media inquiries for all RX Events, varying from registration to general show information.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to show teams, take ownership of queries from start to finish, and ensure tasks are completed to agreed SLAs.
  • Identify process/functional inefficiencies that damage customer experience or hinder first-class event support and escalate with suggestions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least 1 year customer service in contact center
  • Above average to Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with voice, emails and chat account
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
