Job Summary
As Director of Operations you will guide our Bogotá Quality Verification & Standards (QVS) team, partnering with global and local leaders to shape the future of interactive entertainment.
You will serve as a senior QVS leader based in Bogota, working with EA's center of excellence locations, partnering with global and local management to translate talent and execution priorities into outcome-driven plans for EA Sports FC, Madden NFL, The Sims, Battlefield, and Apex Legends.
You will design and own structured onboarding and leadership development programs for new QVS leaders and managers, collaborating with HR partners and talent acquisition teams to improve coaching quality, succession planning, and to understand emerging talent needs in alignment with global franchise requirements.
