Job Summary

  • This role will help shape how we support managers and employees as we continue to scale globally, acting as a trusted advisor on everything from employee relations to performance to compensation.
  • You won’t inherit a fully built playbook — you’ll help create it, giving you the opportunity to leave a meaningful imprint on how People Partnering is done at Hightouch.
  • Partner with managers to navigate performance management, feedback, role clarity, and growth conversations with employees.

Salary

$160,000-$220,000 USD per year
