This position provides leadership and oversight to staff involved in the daily operations and administration of a youth treatment facility.
The supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient delivery of services that address the habilitation and rehabilitation needs of youth while maintaining strict security compliance.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, including two years of work with at-risk youth and one year of supervisory experience.
