Job Summary

  • Serve as Senior engineer for Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and other database technologies, responsible for database backup and restore functions including scheduled tests of DR availability.
  • Lead performance tuning, patch management, and complex incident resolution for Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, and backup/restore strategies.
  • Implement automation for routine tasks using Powershell/ T-SQL, PL/SQL scripting, Cron Jobs and SQL Jobs, and mentor L2 Oracle/SQL engineers.
