Job Summary

• Our US Ophthalmology team is committed to transforming the lives of patients living with diabetic macular edema (DME) and neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) with a portfolio of two products in the pipeline.
• This position is a hybrid work model and will report to the Director of US HCP Marketing, focusing on launch readiness, sales execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Base: $142,400.00 - $224,100.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical/biotech experience
• Minimum 4 years U.S. HCP marketing or field sales experience
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience with medical, legal, regulatory review process
• No VISA sponsorship
