Job Summary

  • The Facilities Management team delivers services that enrich our workplace and strengthen our organizational culture, while supporting the evolving needs of our business and stakeholders.
  • This role is responsible for managing a large integrated workforce and overseeing an operating and capital budget in excess of $1.0B to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant facilities and infrastructure.
  • The successful candidate will be eligible for an annual bonus and long-term incentives and will benefit from a comprehensive package of medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off benefits.

Salary

Base: $255,800.00 - $402,700.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus and long-term incentive eligible; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, sick days

Key Requirements

  • BS in Engineering or equivalent
  • 15+ years multi-faceted operational experience
  • Experience managing union labor agreements
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, DOT, GxP regulations
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt preferred
  • Experience with biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations
