Job Summary

• The Vice President of Quality Assurance will provide strategic leadership and oversight for Quality Assurance (QA) functions across a wide spectrum of Bank Operations.
• This executive will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust quality framework that ensures operational accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
• 10+ years in Quality Assurance, Operational Risk, or Bank Operations
• 5+ years in senior leadership
• Expertise in designing QA frameworks in regulated financial services
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and risk management
