Job Summary

  • Functions as part of the dialysis health care team providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
  • Responsible for setup and operation of hemodialysis machines and monitoring patients’ response to treatment including vascular access evaluation and intervention.
  • Supports infection control, quality enhancement programs, and participates in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
