Job Summary
Functions as part of the dialysis health care team providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Responsible for setup and operation of hemodialysis machines and monitoring patients’ response to treatment including vascular access evaluation and intervention.
Supports infection control, quality enhancement programs, and participates in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
