This hybrid role requires at least two days per week in the office located at 4900 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio.
The position offers a base hourly rate ranging from $18.75 to $25.00 plus potential incentive compensation.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Understanding of loan structure
Knowledge in LoanIQ software
Minimum 2 years regulatory process experience
Microsoft Office Word and Excel proficiency
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Nice-to-have
Experience with MBS or CMO securities
Strong knowledge of fixed income securities
Aptitude to coach and train team members
Ability to facilitate disaster recovery plans
Analytical research and problem-solving skills
Key Requirements
Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years working with regulatory process preferably banking operations
