The position requires preparing month-end reports, developing Estimate at Complete analyses, and conducting variance research to support Integrated Product Teams.

Salary
Base: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00; Secondary Level: $101,400.00 - $152,200.00; Bonus: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses available

Must-have
Earned Value Management System EVMS experience
SAP or Cobra business systems proficiency
Secret clearance eligibility required
Material cost management and EAC preparation
WBS alignment and time phasing expertise
Nice-to-have
Financial forecasting and material accounting
Group Pegging and Distribution GPD experience
Self-motivated in fast-paced environment
Leadership skills for small teams
Ability to influence peers and customers
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 5-8 years experience OR Master's plus 3-6 years
Must obtain and maintain Secret Clearance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
Experience leading a team
Onsite work requirement in Melbourne, FL
