Job Summary

  • The Early Career Program is a 24-month program offering an incredible opportunity to challenge yourself and gain valuable work experience.
  • As an Early Career Trainee (ECT) at GE Aerospace you will gain hands-on experience across the most important elements of Aviation Operations including Sales and Marketing, Customer Support, Engineering and Maintenance and Repair Operations.
  • As the traineeship progresses, you will be expected to accept greater responsibilities until you are able to assume a lead role in a specific customer engagement later in the program.
