Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Degree in Counselling Psychology or Social Work
Professional College membership registration
Minimum five years post-graduate experience
Ability to clinically manage high-risk cases
Flexibility to work days and evening shifts
Nice-to-have
EAP industry experience is an asset
Exceptional customer service focus
Basic knowledge of computer systems
Adherence to ethical principles of conduct
Knowledge of community resources
Key Requirements
