Job Summary
Provide key corporate governance, securities laws, and corporate housekeeping support, and execute the long-term ESG strategy.
Oversee and manage the Company’s Dutch, Belgian and U.S. securities law obligations, including compliance with reporting requirements.
Advise on employee equity incentive plans and support the execution of the long-term ESG strategy.
