iCapital is seeking a Relationship Manager for its Compliance Solutions team, responsible for managing client relationships with asset managers and financial institutions. The role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, onboarding, and education within a highly regulated environment

Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with asset managers and financial institutions while supporting both alternative investment education, portfolio construction and identity-based compliance solutions on the iCapital platform.
  • The Relationship Manager serves as a trusted client partner throughout the relationship lifecycle, guiding onboarding, driving platform adoption, and maintaining ongoing engagement across education and compliance capabilities.
  • Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
