Job Summary
The project aims to support the reform of the regulatory framework for cinema by developing a modern cinema code aligned with digital challenges and international standards.
The international consultant will technically and methodologically support the development of a Cameroonian cinema code adapted to the digital age, while facilitating participatory processes for its validation.
Key deliverables include a consolidated pre-final version of the new Cinema Code, a advocacy note for policymakers, and a final mission report with a post-adoption roadmap.

Key Requirements
