Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years HVAC experience or apprenticeship
  • Valid Stationary Engineer License
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Proficiency with building automation systems
  • Physical capability for heavy lifting and heights
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Current member of IUOE Local 399
