  • New York State Nuclear Medicine License
  • ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT) or ARRT (R)
  • Graduate of approved Nuclear Medicine Technology Program
  • A.S. or B.S. Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
