Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents, complete accident/incident reports, and maintain resident charge slips and census reports.
Prepare and administer medications, ensure adequate supplies, and maintain accurate narcotic records for the shift.
