Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support cost management for complex projects in the Project & Development Services team at a client site in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management or a related field, with at least three years of experience and strong analytical skills
Job Summary
This role will support all cost management activities of one or multiple complex projects.
Will work with the project cost lead and project controls manager to develop a plan for the long-term support of the project including building, managing and reporting cost reports and analysis.
