Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient confidentiality and safety.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, and accurately recording vital signs and resident conditions.

Must-have

Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Assist with lifting and transporting residents
