Job Summary

  • The Director of Consumer Insights will drive insights and consumer-first thinking for the Hydration, Meals and Desserts Portfolio, enabling a step change toward a forward-thinking insights strategy.
  • This role will set priorities, drive the macro insights agenda, identify future growth opportunities, and lead the enterprise-wide transformation agenda for insights within the Business Unit.
  • The position will manage a high-performing team, infusing the right behaviors and creating a culture focused on organic brand growth and innovation.

Base: $190,300.00 - $237,900.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for performance-based bonus and Long-Term Incentive (LTI); Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements

  • 10-15 years strategic insights/consumer research
  • 10+ years Market Research/Insights
  • Prior people management experience
  • Proficiency with qualitative & quantitative research tools
  • Experience in POS (Nielsen/Circana), Panel, social listening
  • Experience in analytical tools (MTA, Mix, Conjoint)
  • Advanced Degree preferred
