This role is responsible for driving commercial performance and strengthening the company’s presence within the On-Trade channel across a defined sales territory in Northern Ireland.
Acting as a key link between customers and Dillon Bass, you will negotiate targeted sales, profit, and visibility objectives while delivering best‑in‑class brand activation standards.
Through leading negotiations of pouring agreements, monitoring account performance, and executing monthly brand activity, as Business Development Executive you will maximise profit and ensure exceptional brand exposure across both direct and indirect accounts.
