Job Summary

  • The Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) is a 2-year management development program consisting of 3 eight-month rotations that allow participants to build leadership and functional skills through challenging rotational assignments and world-class training.
  • GE HealthCare in Eindhoven produces and distributes pharmaceutical products for hospitals worldwide, supporting the PDx vision of being the best-in-class supply chain.
  • You will gain international experience in at least one rotation outside of your home country within our European sites in Ireland, Norway, Netherlands and UK.

Key Requirements

  • Masters degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Environmental Engineering
  • Up to 2 years prior experience as an intern or research in Engineering or Manufacturing Supply Chain
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
