Job Summary
Provide onsite IT technical support, including end-user desktop, laptops, and office IT with smart hand support for network and servers.
Responsible for new user onboarding, offboarding support, executive/VIP support, and coordination with backend teams for network and server support.
Manage time around BAUs, SLAs, CSAT, response time, resolution time, incident backlog, and maintaining SOPs and Runbooks.
