  • The Commercial Development Manager – Digital Pathology is responsible for leading the sales development and execution across the Latin American territory, driving sustainable growth and market share expansion through both direct and indirect go-to-market approaches.
  • This role will focus on achieving revenue and order targets, ensuring strong customer relationships, and developing a high-performing sales team aligned with Leica Biosystems’ strategy and Danaher’s core values.
  • You will be a part of the Commercial team and report to the Indirect Sales Manager.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Life Sciences or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in hunter sales
  • Experience selling high-value capital equipment/complex software
  • Proven track record managing complex sales cycles and distributors
  • Direct experience in medical imaging, Healthcare IT, or high-end diagnostics
  • Ability to travel 70%+
