Base: $125,400.00 - $181,875.00; Bonus/Equity: Non-sales positions eligible for bonus program; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement

Key Requirements
10+ years in Release Management, Change Management, DevOps, or IT Operations
5+ years leading teams or enterprise-level functions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience building or scaling enterprise release management
Experience in large, complex environments
Deep knowledge of ITIL Change and Release Management
Strong understanding of infrastructure and application ecosystems
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms
Ability to influence cross-functional teams
Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
