Key Requirements

  • 10+ years in Release Management, Change Management, DevOps, or IT Operations
  • 5+ years leading teams or enterprise-level functions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience building or scaling enterprise release management
  • Experience in large, complex environments
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL Change and Release Management
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and application ecosystems
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
