Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading the Contract to Cash (CTC) operations for JLL globally through JLL Business Services (JBS) Corporate Finance Division.
Lead CTC operations transformation and process re-engineering programs in support of the Global Finance vision by developing and executing comprehensive strategies aligned with JLL's overall business objectives.
Develop organizational capabilities through high-energy, high-performance work environments by motivating team members, providing effective leadership and coaching and fostering desired behaviors such as leadership, accountability and teamwork.
