Key Requirements
Associate, Diploma or Baccalaureate degree in nursing
3+ years management or supervisory experience
Current Maryland State nursing license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred
Two years’ work experience in department-specific area preferred
Certification in department-specific area within the first year
