Job Summary

• Provides mostly tier 2 (and sometimes tier 3) support within the network Security environment, including system installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance.
• Maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots network security hardware and software, analyzing problems and monitoring networks to ensure availability.
• Ensures proper documentation for the corporate knowledgebase, including design, procedural, and lessons learned, and maintains on-call availability for network issues.
