Job Summary
The Equipment Systems Specialist is responsible to maintain, program and/or repair the specialty system and controls within the facility (e.g., Building Management systems, Tube systems and fire alarm systems, etc.).
This position also educates other maintenance staff and supervises, and inspects the work performed by the team and contract service providers, assuring that work is done properly and within a reasonable time frame.
