Job Summary
The Principal Analyst is responsible for supporting, coordinating, and driving business-readiness and transformation activities across the entire Order to Cash (O2C) value stream.
This position partners closely with the Capability Global Lead (CGL), and cross-functional stakeholders to enable process harmonization, manage risks, and deliver value across all relevant projects and initiatives.
This role is designed as a developmental step toward the Business Manager / Business Readiness Lead position, offering hands-on experience in readiness leadership and program management.
