You will be responsible for the implementation of clusters (ALPSTAR and ESCA+) in the ERS-EO programme and National Projects, liaising closely with national ministries of defence and national space agencies.
Your duties will include ensuring projects are completed in line with schedule, specifications, and budget, optimizing coherence with EOGS, and managing operational aspects for robust product delivery.
Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams, providing strategic direction, and driving performance is required, along with excellent cognitive, analytical, delegation, planning, and organizational skills.
