Job Summary

• Provides direction, leadership, and support for the Rebalance Trade Support Team, responsible for technical support to advisors using proprietary trading tools and facilitating trade corrections.
• Partners with cross-site peers and managers to establish performance goals, collaborates with and directs associates to meet or exceed these goals, and oversees team morale.
• Adheres to annual budgets in line with organizational goals and objectives and makes adjustments when necessary, and effectively implements system changes and identifies and manages impacts to team and advisors.

• 3 to 6 years general experience
• 13 months to 3 years manager experience
• SIE required
• Series 99 or ability to obtain within 120 days
• Bachelor's or High School diploma
