Job Summary

• The Sr Cybersecurity Identity Engineer will play a key role in driving T-Mobile’s Zero Password identity verification program, focusing on supporting and enhancing secure, scalable identity verification and workforce IAM capabilities.
• This role will use modern GenAI-assisted development tools to accelerate secure engineering practices, automate IAM workflows, and improve development efficiency while maintaining strong security controls.

Salary

Base: $103,400 - $186,400; Bonus/Equity: 15% Corporate Bonus Target; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock grants, PTO, etc.

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
• 4-7 years Experience with security related software
• 4-7 years Experience in technical project management
• 4-7 years Expertise in network information security
• Preferred experience in IAM program delivery
• Understanding of encryption, tokenization, and identity protocols
• CISSP (Preferred)
• CISM (Preferred)
• CRISC (Preferred)
