Job Summary

  • You will define the architecture of the Retail & CPG platform using NVIDIA’s existing blueprints and workflows and collaborate with engineering to deliver a production-ready platform.

Salary

Base: 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD for Level 5; Base: 340,000 USD - 517,500 USD for Level 6; Bonus/Equity: Eligible; Benefits: Eligible

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Technical product leadership
  • Hands-on platform architecture
  • Experience with AI systems and LLMs
  • Familiarity with GPU acceleration libraries
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices
  • Collaboration with engineering teams

Nice-to-have

  • Background in Retail, CPG, logistics, or marketplaces
  • Experience with enterprise AI architectures
  • Builder mentality with coding and shipping systems
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines and embeddings

Key Requirements

  • 15+ years sales or business development experience in Biopharma technology
  • 7+ years of team management experience
  • Expertise in AI systems including LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA or Masters highly desirable
