Job Summary

  • Responsible for all remediation projects including PEPs, HRR BOW, HRI, Trigger events, HRR BAU On-boarding, and HRR STR.
  • Perform gap analysis and transactional analysis for all clients 90 days prior to remediation date and work with frontline colleagues to implement client contact strategies.
  • Keep abreast of relevant training to the role including own regulatory training completion by due date and continuously look for opportunities to further develop skills and knowledge base.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum NQF Level 5 or equivalent
  • 2-3 years Banking experience

  • Remediation and Refresh Standards knowledge
