Job Summary

  • Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries.
  • Creates and expedites sales orders, ensuring proper cost allocation, order specification compliance, and on-time delivery, while coordinating the Master Demand Plan with plant operations.
  • Provides timely reports to support Customers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations on forecasts, shipment plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history.
