The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Follow infection control and blood exposure policies

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Assist with resident admission and discharge processes
Demonstrate strong communication with nursing staff
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
